The Orchid Farm House
Background
Our client felt in love with a house plan provided by "Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc." and they must have this house built. We partnered with the Architect and built plan number W-816 The Hyde Park. The exteriors are 99% similar to the original plan specification. The interiors were all custom. We poured a massive foundation of 80+ cubic yards which came up 3 feet from grade. We installed the septic system and irrigation field as park of a turn-key project.

Background
The client wanted to add two floors to his already two story house. This project required 24 inch engineered glue laminated beans to be manufactured and installed with the upmost precision on 1st to second floor and 2nd to 3rd. 6 new bell piers to be drilled down to 25 feet to sustain the loads of the addition. Various luxury upgrades such safe room, theather, dtv water management, on demand water heathers, addional 220volt panel with solar junction box, coordination of installation of 100k plus kitchen with foreigner manufacturer, wetroom with curbless drainage, heated flooring in bathrooms, bathroom waterfall and other various technology componets.

Background
The contractor for the job ran into issues with his crews and needed assistance with the light and heavy gauge metal installations, insulation, drywall and finishes. We helped finish these trades at the salon. It required very hight attention to detail since the arches and ceilings have to be masterfully installed, finished and painted.
