Our Process

Design phase 

We’ll review your wants and needs for your custom home. 

 

Pre-construction 

Floor plan and location are selected. We’ll develop and agree on a contract then begin drafting, blueprints, and initial selections. Once blueprints are approved, we apply for permits to begin construction. 

 

Construction 

Once permits are in hand, construction begins. The standard timeline is 8-9 months. Selections continue throughout this process as well as walkthroughs to customize your home. Draws on construction loan are made at 5 key milestones during the build. 
 

Inspection & move-in 

After punch list items are completed, a final inspection and deep cleaning takes place. Photos and videos are captured at this stage, and you are ready to move in! 
 

Follow up 

Your project manager is available for any follow up questions during and after move in. Reviews and referrals are greatly appreciated at this time. 

 

Warranty 

Warranties happen at years 1, 2, and 10 that cover various aspects of your home.
